I loved the location and the amenities. We used the gym and the pool. The apartment did get a little hot at night. The thermostat was on some sort of seasonal setting that didn’t allow it to get a cool as we would have preferred.
The washer needs to be cleaned out it is starting to mildew where the water is building up.
I think the cleaning people may have been rushing to get the room cleaned for us to check in but dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher and when you open the dishwasher there was a sour smell that came from that when the door was opened. It just needs to be cleaned and aired out.

It's in a great location. Within walking distance of Bayside Market. And just a short trip to the port of Miami. We stayed for a couple nights before our cruise. It was perfect!

Nous avons séjourné en couple avec notre bébé de 11 mois et tout s’est très bien passé. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait, les équipements aussi : la machine à laver et le sèche-linge ont été très utiles avec un bébé. La piscine est très agréable et l’appartement, propre et spacieux, a permis à notre enfant de ramper partout en sécurité.
Dans l’ensemble, un excellent séjour ! Seul petit bémol : il n’y avait pas de possibilité de laisser nos bagages le jour du départ en attendant notre vol.

Clean modern apartment with a good location for shopping and restaurants Good thing my daughter was with me to run in and get the fob key while I circled the block. Leaving, I handed her the key back after selecting 5th floor on the elevator to get to parking. She returned to key and I again circled the block and picked her up.

Ausstattung des Apartments perfekt! Sehr freundlich!
Gigantischer Ausblick vom Pool und sehr sauberer, kühler Pool.
Tischtennismöglichkeit, Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Minisupermarkt auf dem Stockwerk des Pooles Meerblick ist relativ. Wir haben das Meer an der Baustelle nebenan vorbei minimal sehen können.
(Unterkunft kann nichts dafür, aber sehr laute Baustelle nebenan wegen dem Bau eines Hochhauses.)

Balcony view was unreal. Roof top pool was amazing especially at night time with Miami all lit up as a backdrop. Bed was very comfy and so handy having a washer dryer too. Only minor but the chairs at the table need to be tightened, screws were loose so couldn’t use them as they were wobbly

The building is really modern and has a lot of facilities, nice swimming pool, gym, play area for kids.
It was easy to check-in and out, and to park.
The host is very friendly, helpful and available to help.
The apartment has everything you need.
The location was wonderful, right in front of the bayside area and next to a public transportation metrobus. -

Me encantó el apartamento, la limpieza y lo cómodo que era. Las amenidades como el gym y la piscina complementaron de forma espectacular. Realmente logré experimentar Miami en una forma relajante, con una gran ubicación y un gran anfitrión :)

Las instalaciones, el edificio es muy lindo, la ubicación es muy buena y la piscina tiene una vista genial. Al reservar no eran claras las indicaciones en cuanto al parqueo, solamente se indica que el lugar tiene estacionamiento pero no te dicen que se debe pagar por noche para dejar el vehículo estacionado dentro del edificio.
