Upstairs: rooftop pool, hot tub, BBQ grills and a serious gym. Brickell is a 15-minute walk or two stops on the free Metromover, the beach 10 minutes by car, the cruise port 2. Calm enough to bring the family.

The apartment sleeps three: a king bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, and a full bath. The living room is the heart of it: a shoji screen divider, folding fans and an ukiyo-e print on the walls, a low wooden table with floor cushions, and a private balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a full-size fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware and a dining table. Central A/C, fast WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and in-unit laundry.

Other Details to Note

Getting around: the free Metromover runs right outside the door, two stops to Brickell or a 15-minute walk. Bayside Marketplace is a 3-minute walk, the cruise port a 2-minute ride, Wynwood about 8 minutes, South Beach around 10, and Miami International Airport roughly 12. A few building rules: no smoking or vaping, no events or parties, and quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. Pets aren't permitted by building management. Check-in is after 3 PM, checkout by 11 AM, maximum 3 guests.

The entire apartment is yours, plus full access to the building's amenities. Up on the roof: a pool, hot tub, sun terrace, BBQ grills and a large fitness center. On the ground floor there's a coffee shop in the lobby, a minimarket for anything you forgot to pack, and Jaguar Sun, one of Miami's best pasta-and-cocktails spots, right in the building. Paid parking is available on site. The Metromover station is directly outside the front entrance, and rides are free.

Ottima posizione, raggiungibile a piedi diversi punti di interesse. Come bayside •fermata bus 100 che ti porta ad ocean drive •metromuver per diversi quartieri Edificio signorile e curato con tutti i servizi Tutto perfetto. Enzo persona disponibile e gentile. La camera era pulita, ma non alla perfezione. Avrei preferito qualche specchio in più.

Nous avons séjourné en couple avec notre bébé de 11 mois et tout s’est très bien passé. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait, les équipements aussi : la machine à laver et le sèche-linge ont été très utiles avec un bébé. La piscine est très agréable et l’appartement, propre et spacieux, a permis à notre enfant de ramper partout en sécurité. Dans l’ensemble, un excellent séjour ! Seul petit bémol : il n’y avait pas de possibilité de laisser nos bagages le jour du départ en attendant notre vol.

Clean modern apartment with a good location for shopping and restaurants Good thing my daughter was with me to run in and get the fob key while I circled the block. Leaving, I handed her the key back after selecting 5th floor on the elevator to get to parking. She returned to key and I again circled the block and picked her up.
