I loved the location and the amenities. We used the gym and the pool. The apartment did get a little hot at night. The thermostat was on some sort of seasonal setting that didn’t allow it to get a cool as we would have preferred.
The washer needs to be cleaned out it is starting to mildew where the water is building up.
I think the cleaning people may have been rushing to get the room cleaned for us to check in but dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher and when you open the dishwasher there was a sour smell that came from that when the door was opened. It just needs to be cleaned and aired out.

It's in a great location. Within walking distance of Bayside Market. And just a short trip to the port of Miami. We stayed for a couple nights before our cruise. It was perfect!

Balcony view was unreal. Roof top pool was amazing especially at night time with Miami all lit up as a backdrop. Bed was very comfy and so handy having a washer dryer too. Only minor but the chairs at the table need to be tightened, screws were loose so couldn’t use them as they were wobbly

The building is really modern and has a lot of facilities, nice swimming pool, gym, play area for kids.
It was easy to check-in and out, and to park.
The host is very friendly, helpful and available to help.
The apartment has everything you need.
The location was wonderful, right in front of the bayside area and next to a public transportation metrobus. -

I love how close the location was to so many attractions and meet up points with other friends, not to mention the building itself has some offerings as well with easy parking, gyms, and a relaxing poolside ! I plan on coming back really soon ! The property was great, i would say the inclusion of more cleaning supplies would’ve been perfect for someone like myself, i don’t like leaving a mess nor living in one so that’s the only inclusion i would like to see next time around.

Location is amazing, comfortable spacious rooms for my family. a lot of food choices and stores around the property. loved it! metro mover right next to the building, everything walking distance, bayside 2 minutes away. enjoyed the pool ! loved our stay! will def be back here next time in in Miami. cleaning in the bathroom shower could be a little better.
